


1. Who can participate in share revenue program?
Our share revenue program is created for free lance designers and web design studios willing to distribute their artwork (including but not limited to web templates, illustrations, digital photo products, icons, 3D models and objects, logotypes.)through Template-Guide network. You may apply for supplier account registration if you are the owner of digital product and can prove your intellectual rights.2. How do I register?

3. Documents Required.
To complete the verification procedure before selling your products online, we require the scanned copy of government issued document verifying the identity (it can be driver license, passport, any other documents).
4. Account activation.
Once you submitted an application, it may take 24 hours for our account managers to review the form. Once your application is approved and processed it takes up to 24 hours to setup the supplier's account.
5. Artwork Requirements.
You should have licenses or be the owner of all elements used in your artwork, the product must be full functional( without bugs or flaws) and comply with our terms of use/suppliers agreement. Before uploading the product upload, please read our Terms.
6. How do I submit artworks?
After your account is approved you will receive ftp details of the developers’ server to upload the artworks for further review and approval.
7. Why my artwork was declined?
The main reasons why your artwork may be declined are low product quality, malfunctioning or copyright infringement. For more details please contact our marketing department.
8. When can I see my artwork online?
As a rule it takes not more than 48 hours to publish new artwork at main websites. Though you should remember that full network synchronization may take up to 5 business days.
9. When do I get paid?
Payments are issued the 15th of each month for the period of previous month. For example, everything you earned between January 1 and January 31 is paid on February 15th. If the 15 falls on a weekend, the payment will be made the following Monday. No exceptions.
10. Why my balance is negative?
Balance may become negative only in case if some of the sales made before the last commission withdrawal turned out to be fraudulent. We will deduct the required amount from your account balance to cover chargebacks\refunds. To avoid such issues we keep 15 days delay described in a previous question.
